Meet Our Staff & Board
Staff - Coalition Director
Kelly Ivey
Kelly Ivey serves as the Executive Director for the coalition and also serves as the Director for the George T. Goodwin Community Center. Kelly has been a lifelong resident of Decatur Township and is truly Decatur Proud! Kelly is married to Don Ivey, has two children, Donnie & Morgan, and has a grandson, Emmett. Kelly is passionate about the coalition's work in preventing and reducing youth substance use and dedicates her work to her niece, Ali, who passed away in 2017 from substance use addiction.
Board Member - President
Detective Tracey Lomax
Tracey Lomax serves as the board vice president for the Decatur Township Drug Free Coalition. He is also the IMPD SW District Behavioral Health Services MCAT Detective and has been dedicated to serving the community for over 20 years in various public safety roles along with being a member of the coalition since it started.
Board Member - Vice President
Kim Hollabaugh
Kim brings 18 years of experience in the child welfare, mental health, and primary healthcare fields. She currently serves as the Chief Administrator, Health Services at Damar Services, Inc, working to expand primary and behavioral healthcare options for communities in Southwestern Marion County. Kim is a graduate of Western Michigan University and earned her MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.
Board Member - Prevention Committee Chair
Stephania Lovell
Stephania Lovell has a Master's Degree in Social Work, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Licensed Clinical Addiction's Counselor. She currently serves as a Crisis Specialist for the Sandra Eskenazi Mobile Crisis Unit with the Southwest IMPD Behavioral Health Unit.
Board Member - Public Safety Chair
Billie Auberry
Billie joined the Decatur Township Fire Department in 1989. She has contributed to the community in a variety of capacities
including EMS, fire suppression, code enforcement, arson investigations, juvenile fire stop program, public education, car seat program, and Project Lifesaver. She also serves as a board member for the George T. Goodwin Community Center and is the Public Safety Chair for the Decatur Township Drug-Free Coalition. Billie is married and has three children. and she loves all six of her dogs and one cat.
Board Member - Marion County Health Department
Corey Davis
Corey Davis is an employee at the Marion County Public Health Department. He has been employed at the Health Department since 2000. Corey’s responsibilities at the Health Department include providing Health Education topics to students in Marion County Schools, coordinate a free exercise program in Marion County, co-chair the Marion County Youth Violence Prevention coalition and work with the Decatur Township Drug Free coalition.
Staff - Coalition Coordinator
Jess Sandvold
Jess joined the Coalition in March 2022 and serves as the Coalition Coordinator and co-sponsors the youth coalition S.O.A.R. She is a Business and Marketing teacher at Decatur Central High School and holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Jess was born and raised in Northern Indiana and has 4 daughters Kylie, Kennedy, Chelsie, and Rylie.
Board Member - Decatur Township Athletic Director
Justin Dixson
Justin Dixson serves as the Director of Athletics for Decatur Townships 23 Varsity, Middle School, and Elementary athletic programs. He is a proud Decatur Township resident, a 2002 alumni of Decatur Central, father of two boys, Gunner and Colt and husband to Cali.
Board Member - Community Engagement Chair
Amanda Neal
Amanda serves as the Decatur Township Parent Liaison. She has grown up in Decatur Township and attended Valley Mills, Decatur Junior High School, and then DCHS. She is a 1994 DC Grad, her daughter Kamryn Arnold is a 2019 DC Grad and her son Ryan Arnold will be a 2024 DC Grad. Amanda was continually involved in school starting at a young school age and is now a parent and values parent involvement. Amanda grew up seeing her parents deeply involved in Decatur and because of that she believes that when families are connected, there is a sense of awareness and communication, and pride. She is proud of Decatur Township and will bring Blue and Gold Spirit wherever she goes!
Staff - Education Trailer Coordinator Contractor
Tina Quintana
Tina is a Senior Administrative Assistant with 15+ years’ experience in Insurance, Healthcare, and Sports Management.
Tina offers a wide range of programs and services – from President of the Decatur Girls Sports Association to PTO President and a Coach. She focuses in helping her community to ensure our children have all the opportunities to be successful.
